MORAL LEARNING
Step Up To The Next Level of Success
About Moral Learning’s Director
Daniel Feldman has been involved in training for over twelve years. He has taught classes in computer programming, medical and business ethics, business management and religion. He has taught in corporate and academic environments. He designs many of the courses that he teaches, often posting class notes and exercises on the internet.
Daniel has been known as a highly popular instructor and an exemplary mentor. He leads by his own example and uses many of his own life’s experiences and lessons in his classes. His determination to excel in every task has always motivated and encouraged his students to perform at their peak performance.
Daniel has a M.S. in Organizational Behavior from Polytech University. He is the recipient of the Dow Jones / Wall Street Journal Student Achievement award in Organizational Behavior.
Daniel explains some of the contributing factors to his own success:
“I grew up in a ‘challenging’ home. Both of my parents were deaf, so communicating with them required slightly ‘unusual’ techniques. I had to be a bit creative, at a young age, as I did not learn sign language.
My father never allowed his ‘disability of being deaf’ to ‘disable his abilities.’ He thought of unusual ideas and unusual ways to do things that most others would have considered ‘crazy’ at the time. It was only years later that many of his ideas became mainstream. My mom was a hard worker with amazing artistic talents and an inherent talent for accomplishing seemingly impossible tasks.
Both of my grandparents lived well into their nineties, and they always encouraged me to try new ideas and accomplish great goals. My grandfather commuted to work daily until he was 92. He loved his work so much that he couldn’t fathom retiring.
I believe that no successful person could have achieved great goals without the assistance, encouragement and mentorship of at least one key person. In my case, God gave me the gift of mentorship from my own family.
Every successful path has crevices that you must enter if you are to become successful. To emerge from the crevice, you need the encouragement and mentorship of someone else. Never be afraid to ask for help when you need it.”
Moral Learning is Daniel’s innovative program to share his knowledge and life’s experience with the public. As Daniel states,
“No one can afford to fail in any important task in life. The difference between success and failure lies in finding the correct balance of desire and knowledge. “
Moral Learning will teach you how to find that balance and help you focus on your personal path to success.
